Hamburger Cake
This Hamburger Cake was made for my special friend from work, Jizzle for his 22nd Birthday! Its all made from Chocolate Mud Cake, Chocolate Ganache with coloured fondant icing to resemble the lettuce, meat, cheese, tomatoes and onions... TASTY!!Adcorp Function Flower Cupcakes

My Nanna's 90th Birthday Cake
This Cake was specially made for my Nanna's 90th Birthday... It was Carrot Cake with White Chocolate Ganache and Fondant Icing. I hand made the little lawn bowl lady, bag, lawn bowls and the flowers to go with her suprise birthday party for lawn bowls itself, her favourite past time.
All in all it was a great day, great to see family and friends from far and wide, there were tears and laughter all day!

Fiji Cupcakes
These cute little cupcakes were for Clints 30th birthday, they were made for his suprise birthday present to Fiji.... I hand made all the little deocorations with fondant icing such as Frangipani's, Crabs, Fish, Sting-Rays, Lays, Beach Towel's with a Cocktail Paper Umbrella, Mini Surfboards with Bright Flowers, Palm Trees and the magical 30.
I made 2 x flavours, Chocolate Mud Cupcakes with whipped Dark Chocolate Ganache as the icing, and Gluten-Free, Vanilla Buttermilk Cupcakes, with Vanilla Buttercream.
Star Fondant Cake
This cake was for my brothers 30th birthday.It was a White Chocoate Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache
Engagement Tree Cake
This specialty cake was designed for Brad and Charmaines Engagement themed around the design off their invitations, i.e. the tree... The cake was 2 x 8 inch stacked cakes made from fresh Oranges and Almond Meal, bounded together with Chocolate Ganache. The guests advised it was more like a 'Jaffa' tasting cake...

Bernies 30th Birthday Cake
Miss Bernies 30th Birthday Cake - My first attempt of a 3 tired cake!Each layer was Coconut Cake, with Dark Chocolate Ganache, apparently it tasted more like a Coconut Rough!
All finished off with Fondant Icing in Bernies choice of colours, Purple, Apple Green and Pink!
